The seafood is delivered on a day by day basis by local fishermen whose real life style consists in their passion for sea and their love for Salento land. Tastes, flavours and colours of our dishes will change according to each season and to what our sea and our land will be able to offer.
The ongoing research for the best available raw materials together with a careful control of the daily product chain, from each producing site straight to our kitchen, represents the secret behind the success of our restaurant.
